Although the picture depicts a lazy day on the hills eating cake, Sara has been training hard everyday and we can assure you this is no picnic in preparation for Kilimanjaro in two months time.
The coming weeks will see her step into altitude training which takes around four hours each day.
We will continue to keep you informed on how this is going and of course the a daily update once climbing Kilimanjaro alone.

We are proud to be hosting at our Head Office in Catterick the Warrior Programme and more importantly getting involved over the three days and really getting to grip with the demands, challenges and experiences of all those in the armed forces community.
We look forward to seeing a whole host of the Catterick community, both serving personnel and those transitioning.
Genesis Protection are really looking to enhance our relationships throughout the Armed Forces and we begin with helping Veterans in Crisis, CEO Sleepout and Team (KMJ) 250K.
